Age and Usage Requirements:
I am at least 18 years old (for European customers) or 21 years old (for US customers).
I am using this site for personal, commercial, or informative purposes only and will keep all information (shipping location, billing addresses, security policy) confidential. I won't show my account to anyone.
I am not a law enforcement collaborator and am not affiliated with any law enforcement organizations.
I am not interested in harming anyone from this site and use it for commercial purposes only.
I will treat the operators of this site in a friendly and courteous manner.
I am aware that some products listed on the site may harm my health and have unwanted side effects.

Shipping Related:

Packages are shipped by Regular Airmail from Europe.
The package is shipped by plane to your country and by ground transport to your location.
We provide international shipping only; no domestic service is available.
Orders are shipped 1 - 5 days after payment is transferred to our account.

Average arrival time is 7 - 20 days.

You may report if a package is more than 15 days late; smaller delays are normal due to unstable mail service.
Products are stored in different warehouses in various countries, so orders may be split into multiple packages, and shipping dates may vary by 24-48 hours between packages.
Once shipped, you will be notified by email with an expected arrival date provided in your order history on the site.
Expected arrival dates are provided by the mail service and may differ by 3-5 days from the displayed date.
We cannot influence shipping speed as it is beyond our control, so shipping delays cannot be excluded.
Billing and shipping addresses may differ. The shipping address must be valid and available for at least 40 days.
If you want an order split and sent to different addresses, place separate orders for each address, but you will only pay the shipping fee once.

Ordering Guidelines

  1. Reading Instructions: Please read the ordering instructions before placing an order.
  2. Order Activation: Orders remain inactive until payment is received. Processing begins within 24 hours post-payment.
  3. Order Cancellation: You can cancel an inactive order anytime. For paid or activated orders, request cancellation via a ticket.
  4. Product Availability: Orders do not reserve stock. Confirm product availability via a ticket if payment is delayed over a week.
  5. Price Freezing: Order placement freezes the price. If unpaid at the time of price change, the original order price applies.
  6. Bulk Discounts: For large orders with insufficient bulk quantity per product, contact us to adjust the price according to our policy.
  7. Shipping Delays: Technical issues may cause shipping delays. For orders held over 7 days, submit a ticket for compensation.
  8. Order Status: Check order status and details in your account's order history.
  9. Tracking Codes: The order tracking code differs from the mail tracking number. Do not confuse them.
  10. Mistaken Orders: If unwanted products are mistakenly ordered and not clarified before shipping, replacements will not be reshipped.
  11. Package Receipt: Upon receiving a package, log in to the site, update the received amount for each product in your order history, and click accept to confirm receipt.

Shipping Delays
Delays are counted after the expected date shown in your order history.
Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if it's over 30 days overdue.
Reporting Delays
First complaint should be sent on the 15th day after the expected date. Shorter delays are common as mail can be unstable.
Reporting Lost Packages
On the 30th day after the expected date, report the loss with package/order ID and a new address for reshipment.
New Shipping Address
Required to avoid issues. If not provided, we'll reship but won't guarantee it, and won't reship a second time.
Out of Stock Items
If missing product is out of stock, choose to wait for restock or accept a replacement within the cost paid.
Seized Packages
Report with a ticket and scan the seizure letter. Provide a new address for reshipment. Points 5 and 6 apply.
Return to Sender
The sender address is fake, so it won't be returned. Report the return reason in a ticket.
Wrong Address
Packages missing due to incorrect address are not reshipped.
Address Change
If you move before the expected date, the package won't be reshipped. If after but within 30 days overdue, provide someone to receive it, or we compensate 50% of the value.
Product Shortage
Compensated after reporting and operator's conclusion.
Wrong Product
Compensated with a reshipment of the correct products.
Product Damage
Report with a ticket and send photos of the damaged product, labels, and packing.

Attention:

We do not reship any orders under any circumstances to the following countries: Australia, Canada, South Korea, New Zealand, Denmark, Sweden, and Italy. These countries have stringent customs regulations, resulting in a lower success rate of delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery to these locations, so you order at your own risk.

Quality:

  1. All products are tested before we receive them. Quality authenticity is guaranteed by the manufacturer and protected by us.
  2. Any quality issues should be reported immediately to the site administrator via a ticket, including a clear description and proof such as pictures if needed.
  3. If you experience an allergic reaction to a product purchased from us after use, please consult your doctor, as such cases fall outside our expertise.

International:

  1. All personal information on the 7Seroids website is handled according to European legislation. Customer data from the 7Seroids website cannot be disclosed, even upon an official request from foreign authorities.
  2. It is your responsibility to ensure that Internet purchases of drugs are not prohibited in your area under local laws.
